Purpose This section describes the Closed Purchase Orders feature in Skuttlefish.
Introduction When all Shipments have been processed to completion, the purchase order is automatically set to a “Closed” status. All closed purchase orders are archived and available in the Closed Purchase Orders screen.

Navigation The Closed Purchase Orders Grid is accessible by navigating to Purchasing > Closed Purchase Orders.

Detail Viewing a closed Purchase Order takes the user to an uneditable version of the Purchase Order Manager for the closed purchase order. All details and shipment information can be viewed. Additional information regarding closed purchase orders can be made available via the reporting tool.
